Distribution of educational of scholarships of Rupees Thousand each to every deserving child (selected specially from broken families or single parents or HIV / AIDS affected parents (PLHAs) through a baseline survey) for continuing his / her education. The aim of this programme is to help these “first generation learners” continue the education, thereby minimizing dropout rates in schools. These children in turn would grow up to support their families by getting a job (with the support of Nest) in future.    Through this programme the selected children get a school bag and notebooks.  About 120 children have benefited under this programme in the last two years.
