Nest trust was started with four trustees. Ms. Mary Swaroopa a social work graduate and lecturer by profession heads the trust as the managing trustee. Followed by her is Mr. Ramesh Kumar trustee, working in the capacity of  manager in a  dyes & chemical company. Mr.Vijaykumar, a software professional and Mrs. Mangala Manohari a retired tamil teacher form the other two trustees. Though all the four members belonged to different fields, they all had one goal and vision in mind….

Hence the trustees came together to give birth to NEST TRUST and contributed to its development in their own way.The Nest team consists of a strong, young, vibrant and motivated staff. Mr. Gopinath, Ms Saranya, social work graduates (MSW) lead the team of volunteers who comprise of college students, and higher secondary students, house wives, and also a few software professionals who work at grass root level.  The work environment in Nest organization is always professional.
